Tracking a Bouqs delivery can be done through your Bouqs.com account, under Order History if you ordered from our No Rush collection. Simply select the 'Track Order' button to the right of the Bouq you are looking to track.
A few things to note:
- If your order was placed under a Bouqs account: You will receive an email that provides you with additional tracking information through FedEx. You will also be able to track the progress of your delivery using their online tracking tools.
- If your order was placed under a guest account: Guest accounts are unable to be accessed after your order is placed. To get the status of your delivery, you will need to reach out to our Customer Service Team here. By contacting us, we can provide you with the most accurate tracking information.
- If you ordered from our Same Day collection: Because these orders are coming from our florist partners, the tracking is done either by the florist partner themselves or their delivery service. You may reach out to our Customer Support Team here, to get more information on tracking Bouqs under either of these collections.
Keep in mind, tracking information will only show progress once the Bouq has been picked up and scanned. If you do not see the tracking information under Account, do not worry, as many packages are not scanned until the night prior to delivery.
